These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the GeoWorkr applications and geoworkr.com website (the "Service"), operated by GeoWorkr ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invite, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an Organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that Organization.
The Service is used by Organizations and the Team Members they invite. Organization Admins are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for managing who holds a seat in their Organization, and for complying with applicable labor and privacy laws when using GeoWorkr to track employee time and location. Team Members must use their own account and keep login credentials confidential.
You agree not to: use the Service to collect location or time data on individuals who have not been properly notified as required by applicable law; attempt to access another Organization's data; reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without authorization; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
GeoWorkr collects job-site location while a Team Member's timer is running, as described in our Privacy Policy. Organization Admins are responsible for informing their Team Members that location and time tracking is in use, in accordance with applicable employment and privacy laws in their jurisdiction. We are not responsible for an Organization's compliance with such laws.
GeoWorkr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GeoWorkr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to GeoWorkr's trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
An Organization Admin may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that risks harm to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that location data will be perfectly accurate in all conditions (e.g., indoors, in areas with poor GPS signal), and GeoWorkr should not be relied upon as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoWorkr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
